Woman Stretching

Why Stretch?

  • Our desk-bound working lifestyles, commuting and long driving commitments can cause postural weakness, muscle shortening and a build up of tension throughout the body

  • Dedication to intense training can cause muscles to shorten, tighten and become overloaded

Reverse these effects by :

  • 1-to-1 stretching sessions including passive stretching and muscle energy release techniques

  • Small group stretching sessions at home or in the workplace

A virtual physiotherapy consultation can be offered to you if you would prefer, before a home visit is arranged.

Rebecca can discuss your injury needs and advise on the best course of action for managing your injury to ensure physiotherapy is the most appropriate intervention

Rebecca also offers Pilates sessions virtually, which you can do at home, either 1-to-1 or small group classes
